What You'll Do Develop and execute growth strategies for a multi‑brand business unit.
Lead Voice‑of‑Customer initiatives to uncover market needs and opportunities.
Drive portfolio segmentation + brand strategy to achieve sustainable growth.
Partner with R&D on new product development—from business case to launch.
Lead marketing communications, sales tools, and campaign execution.
Build benchmark criteria to measure marketing effectiveness
Own strategic pricing models for the business unit.
Collaborate with Technical teams to create training programs for distributors, sales teams & end users.
Coach, mentor, and elevate marketing capabilities across the division.
Lead market research + intelligence efforts to support strategic decisions.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Leadership This role includes managerial responsibility and will influence cross‑functional teams.
What You Bring Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or Business (MBA preferred).
10+ years experience, with at least 5+ in B2B environments.
Market growth and expansion experience (chemical industry preferred).
Automotive aftermarket experience a plus
Proven success leading product strategy, VOC, and product launch initiatives.
Strong financial, planning, forecasting & analytical skills.
Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
Competitive insights experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
