What you’ll do Own the entire mid-market sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to negotiation and close

Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies to drive new business and expand Profound’s footprint across the mid-market

Manage a high-velocity pipeline, balancing strategic conversations with efficient execution

Build and nurture relationships that turn first deals into long-term partnerships

Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate learnings and refine messaging

Who you are A proven SaaS closer with experience selling into mid-market accounts and consistently exceeding quota

Skilled at running multiple deals in parallel and adapting your approach to fit a fast-moving sales environment

Entrepreneurial and hands-on, energized by building something new and driving early traction

Resilient, curious, and motivated by impact, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation

Location This is an on-site role based in our NYC, SF, or London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $90,000 to $150,000 before commission (NYC and SF). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
