The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department in executing day‑to‑day marketing operations, promotions, special events, influencer and media arrangements, collateral management, and administrative projects.

In this role, the Marketing Coordinator also helps shape and communicate the resort’s brand identity across a 40‑acre beachfront property, reinforcing its position as a premier destination where guests come to experience the ultimate state of relaxation. Through thoughtfully executed campaigns, creative storytelling, and on‑property marketing touchpoints, the Marketing Coordinator supports the message that guests arrive knowing they can leave stress behind and simply “Just Let Go.”

This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and is eager to contribute to creative marketing initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of resort marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events

Coordinate arrangements for visiting influencers, media representatives, and promotional partners

Assist with campaign reporting, month‑end reporting, research projects, and other reports as requested by DOSM and DM

Maintain and update recreation calendars in partnership with resort activities management

Oversee temporary on‑site signage needs, including ordering, receiving, installation coordination, and invoice processing

Project trafficking in Teams – overseeing routine collateral job requests and menu printing including invoice processing

Maintain holiday and event planning checklists and track project timelines through completion

Coordinate placement and installation of marketing materials throughout the property

Gather and organize property information for marketing initiatives and resort communications

Order and maintain office and marketing department supplies

Assist with administrative duties and additional marketing or hotel operational projects as assigned

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and guest information

Demonstrate initiative by anticipating operational and guest service needs

Attend required meetings, trainings, and cross‑functional support activities

Maintain professional appearance, grooming standards, and regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards

Detail‑oriented, organized, mindful of deadlines with an eagerness to learn new systems

Foster positive interactions with guests and team members while maintaining a courteous, service‑focused attitude at all times

Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

College coursework in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred

Minimum of one year of progressive experience in hospitality, marketing, or a related field required

At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams preferred

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design tools is a plus

Experience working within internet‑based systems and intranet environments preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and problem‑solving abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced resort environment

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to exceptional guest service
