Position Summary Allegro is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our 2026 marketing strategy. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and play a hands-on role in building and elevating our brand presence.
This individual will work closely with leadership and an external marketing consultant to bring our marketing initiatives to life across digital platforms, brand assets, and patient-facing experiences.
Key Responsibilities Execute the 2026 marketing plan in partnership with leadership and our external marketing consultant
Assist with website updates, content improvements, and overall user experience
Support social media planning, content creation, posting, and engagement
Help maintain and enhance Allegro Medical’s online presence, including Google Business Profile and review management
Assist with SEO efforts to improve search visibility and digital performance
Create branded graphics and marketing materials using Canva
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
Monitor marketing performance and provide feedback, insights, and ideas for improvement
Identify opportunities for growth and bring creative ideas to the table
Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar and attention to detail
Highly responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
Interest in digital marketing, branding, and business growth
Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
A “thinker” who contributes ideas, not just execution
Experience & Education College courses in related field, graduate preferred, High School Diploma a minimum.
2+ years of experience preferred.
Physical Requirements Needs to be able to sit for extended periods, stand and walk occasional, reach and manipulate objects with their hands (like a keyboard). Have good vision for reading computer screens, and be able to hear clearly to answer phone calls; most positions may require lifting light items up to 10 pounds occasionally.
