When you join RadNet as a Territory Sales and Marketing Manager , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders - patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will
Establish relationships with existing referring physicians and the community
Service and grow existing referring accounts
Makes cold calls to new referral sources
Meets/exceeds call schedule requirements of 15-20 per day
Identify, prospect, and market imaging services to local IPA’s, HMO’s, Medical Groups, referring physicians and the community
Maintain consistent attentiveness to the market and awareness of the target market by staying abreast of competitor activities and the marketplace
Plan and arrange daily activities and sales calls
Promote new service, hours, radiologists, equipment, site specific programs to the referring offices and the community
Continuously grow clinical knowledge to conduct clinical sales calls and clinically targeted campaigns to the referring physicians and the community
Stay abreast of referral patterns
Assist with submitting orders as needed
Update the VP of Sales & Marketing, Director of Operations, and Regional Director of Operations of any applicable changes or issues
Manage special projects as directed by the VP of Sales & Marketing
Provide customer training to existing IPA’s, HMO’s, Medical Groups, referring physicians and the community
Identify and notify the VP of Sales & Marketing, Director of Operations, and Regional Director of Operations of service issues to the referring physicians, community, their staff, and patients
Provide services to the referring physicians and the community by functioning as a liaison between the VP of Sales & Marketing, Director of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, corporate management, and radiologists
Practice effective communication in all aspects of one’s performance representing accurate and appropriate information in a reliable manner
Keep the VP of Sales & Marketing informed of their marketing plan for the day, week, month, quarter, year
Participate in all Sales & Marketing meetings required to perform and do their job accordingly, discuss issues, concerns, ideas, and/or developments
Participate in all Operations meetings required to perform and do their job accordingly
Direct contact for the local IPA’s Executive Management team
Implement national and regional contracts in accordance with the company’s policies
Build strong relationships and company awareness in their region
Exercise creativity in growing their territory and seeking out new leads
Meet regularly with the V.P of Sales/Marketing, Director of Operations and Regional Director of Operations and other corporate management staff to discuss issues, goals and objectives
Meet with their PSR’s regularly to discuss issues, goals and objective
Business Development
Joint Ventures
Prepares materials and attends JOC meetings as directed by the VP of Sales & Marketing
IPA’s/Medical Groups – prepares materials and attends JOC meetings as directed by the VP of Sales & Marketing
Attends managers meetings with their PSR as needed
Continuously seeks new ways to grow volume in their territory and their PSR’s territories, and reports these to the VP of Sales & Marketing and Business Development Manager
Branding
Responsible for ordering through PIP portal and keeping inventory for assigned territory

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have
At least 5 years of experience in the Medical Field in a Sales/Marketing or Business Development capacity (Radiology Preferred)
Proven track record of meeting quotas and budgets
Previous management experience preferred
In depth knowledge of IPA’s, HMO’s, Contracts and Medical Group
Excellent Customer Service Skills, with ability to resolve issues relating to referring offices and the community
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
