Social Media Strategist

We’re partnered with a leading independent media agency looking to hire a Senior Media Strategist, Paid Social to join their growing digital team.

This is a hands‑on role focused on owning paid social campaigns end‑to‑end across major platforms, working with a strong portfolio of clients across insurance, healthcare, finance, and consumer brands.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns, working closely with internal media, analytics, and creative teams to drive performance.

Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, Pinterest, and X

Develop campaign strategy based on audience, platform, and performance data

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on media plans and execution

Support creative direction by advising on best‑performing formats and messaging

Your Background

4–5+ years of hands‑on paid social experience

Strong platform expertise across Meta and at least 2–3 additional channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, etc.)

Proven ability to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversions)

Experience working in an agency environment preferred

Comfortable owning campaigns end‑to‑end, from setup through reporting
