## Job Description# UI Designer II* Design and deliver modern, responsive UI experiences for a complex enterprise sales platform, ensuring usability and efficiency.* Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas and support development handoff.* Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective UI solutions.* Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI standards to ensure consistency across platform features.* Optimize user flows for key capabilities including quote generation, network design, and service provisioning.* Conduct user testing and iterative design improvements based on feedback and performance insights.* Analyze user needs and platform requirements to ensure designs are feasible and scalable within technical constraints.* Experience supporting sales platforms, quoting systems, or telecom
