Job Title

Position Description: Duration: (March to Yr End 2021) Rates: $30-35/hr on W2 Location: Raritan, NJ
Job Responsibilities

Creation of Step-by-Step End User Instructional Documentation and other End User Collateral content, including but not limited to:
Quick Reference guides
How-To Guides
Knowledge Articles
Content for inclusion in Online Help App (Whatfix)
Creation of Departmental procedural and project documentation (SDLC, Work Instructions)
Management and Catalog maintenance of all published materials, including content updates as necessary
Maintenance of content on End User Facing Web Sites for End User Service Offerings
Provide communications copy as necessary as well as review content from Team members for accuracy and clarity
Qualifications

Candidate must have 5yr+ experience in writing instructional guides for productivity applications, with specific experience with Microsoft applications, and/or Zoom Meetings.
Job will require ability to investigate and test functionality of the applications and turn that knowledge into usable guides for the J&J end User community.
Writing samples are preferred.
