WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Responsible for supporting Sales teams in campaign management, trafficking, and ad operations support for local linear campaigns. Critical functions include successful implementation and launch of campaign elements in a timely, accurate manner.

HOW YOU’LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

Serve as the primary contact for sales and handle all post-sale requests related to media campaigns.

Collaborate with agency customers, affiliate clients, account managers, and sales teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and as planned.

Create and monitor delivery schedules across all relevant areas.

Resolve invoice credits and discrepancies while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Manage all makegood requests and address under-delivery issues proactively.

Ensure MVPDs receive the necessary creative materials for campaign execution.

Secure pre-log reports for upcoming schedules and generate post-log reports for all completed schedules.

Provide order optimization recommendations to the sales team.

Track and analyze delivery information for accurate monthly billing

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

Must be highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Previous experience in a professional office setting is preferred.

Prior experience in TV traffic operations is highly desirable.
