We are a successful, growing, insurance consulting firm that has been serving the insurance industry for over 25 years.

We have an immediate opening at our office in New Jersey for an experienced, talented Account Executive to help support our continued growth and expansion in the insurance industry.

We provide services in accident & health, property & casualty, managed care, and life & annuities.

Projects are related to various areas of expertise including product development, regulatory compliance, actuarial, reinsurance, financial reporting, program management and joint ventures.

Ideal candidates will possess broad-based insurance industry knowledge and relevant work experience; be expert with a variety of insurance products and be equally comfortable working closely with clients, regulators, consultants, and other members of the insurance community.

Previous consulting experience is a plus and good network of industry contacts is highly desirable.

Account Executive Responsibilities

Create and develop marketing plan to help expand client base.

Maintain close contact to key personnel at major and potential customers.

Maintain a presence in relevant industry and trade organization to promote the business name. (This may involve travel domestically.)

Constantly evaluate market situation, industry trends, technology trends and competitive environment in relationship to the company's marketing strategy.

Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Lead Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in P&C products, A&H products, or both.

Duties
This position reports to the President and is responsible for managing a group of Consultants. Consulting projects carried out by the consultants include product development, forms development, forms and rate filings, research, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

Manage a group of consultants

Manage multiple projects. Allocate resources between projects and meet all deadlines

Participate in consulting projects

Develop work plans and budgets

Communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and other industry participants

Attend Industry meetings

Limited travel

Assist with the marketing of the firm's services

Qualifications

8+ years industry experience

Extensive knowledge of A&H products, P&C products, or both

Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations

A B.A. degree or higher

Superb communications, supervisory, and management skills

Ability to coach and mentor

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
