Account Manager

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution of direct mail fundraising programs for clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with campaigns, PACs, and organizations

Collaborate with internal teams on creative, data, and production execution

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize fundraising results

Identify growth opportunities with new clients, campaigns, and fundraising programs

Requirements

2+ years of experience in campaigns, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit development

Strong understanding of direct mail or political fundraising strategies preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills

Commitment to conservative values and mission-driven political work
