Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Account Manager located in Mount Vernon, OH. The responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating and nurturing leads, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and insurance carriers. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions, all while contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to building positive client relationships.

Experience in Account Management and the ability to manage and grow client accounts effectively.

Skills in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities for potential customers to foster business growth.

Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members professionally.

Ability to work on-site in Mount Vernon, OH, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with the insurance industry and prior experience in sales or account management roles is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
