What This Role Is
This is a full‑cycle sales role where you’ll build your own book of business from the ground up.

You won’t just be selling—you’ll be running your own operation:

Finding and developing new customers

Closing deals

Managing relationships

Overseeing shipments from start to finish

What You’ll Do

Prospect and cold call to generate new business

Build and manage your own customer portfolio

Quote, negotiate, and close deals

Coordinate and oversee shipments

Develop long‑term relationships with clients

As your book grows, your focus shifts from outbound sales to account growth and retention.

Compensation

Year 1 OTE: $50,000 – $60,000

Year 2+ OTE: $60,000 – $125,000+
