Job Summary
Position Title: Sales Account Executive (Door‑to‑Door). Position Type: Full Time.
Base Salary: $30,000 – $50,000 annually DOE. Target Commission: $40,000 per year. Total target compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 at 100% of the commission plan, with potential to exceed $120,000 by consistently surpassing quotas.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell America’s fastest home internet to homeowners in the Pacific Northwest.
Achieve monthly fiber‑internet sales quotas in a high‑energy, effort‑reward environment.
Visit at least 65 doors per day, seeking at least 15 positive interactions aimed at new customer sign‑ups.
Develop rapport with community members and build trust with prospective customers and colleagues.
Show up with a can‑do mindset; participate in ongoing training and utilize AI‑driven tools and sophisticated sales technology.
Support a culture of teamwork and success for oneself and the broader sales team.
Work outdoors in all seasons, attending to wet, cold, dry, and hot conditions.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of sales, customer service, or prior military service experience.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to pass a national and local background check, including permitting processes.

Working Conditions
Approximately 80% of time spent outdoors in any season, including exposure to inclement weather.
Walk long stretches of streets, navigate uneven terrain, and operate stairs, driveways, and limited‑access homes.
Minimal time in an office environment.
Drive within a specific region or territory; must safely operate a motor vehicle.
