This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a strong literary sensibility and a sharp eye for quality. No publishing credits or formal writing credentials required — just a genuine passion for language and storytelling.

What You'll Do

Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across a range of genres — including fiction, essays, poetry, and narrative nonfiction
Assess writing quality across dimensions such as style, tone, coherence, originality, and reader engagement
Identify weaknesses like clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization
Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more authentic and compelling work
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are

A genuine lover of reading and writing across genres and formats
Able to articulate why a piece of writing works — or doesn't — with clarity and specificity
Strong command of English language, style, and craft
Comfortable working through substantial volumes of text with consistent attention
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No published writing experience required
Nice to Have

Background in creative writing, English literature, journalism, or editing
Experience with writing workshops, critique groups, or editorial feedback
Familiarity with a wide range of literary styles and genres
Prior experience with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
