Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth, with a special focus on Spanish-speaking clients.
Conduct policy reviews, provide personalized recommendations, and address questions effectively in both English and Spanish.
Manage the resolution of complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Leverage your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads in either language.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Comfortable initiating and engaging in sales conversations with diverse clients.
