Description

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to support campaign strategy and execution for our premier streaming and digital media client in Seattle, WA or Santa Monica, CA . In this 6-month contract role, you will own digital marketing campaigns from end to end, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, execution, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on campaigns that reach large global audiences and collaborate with major partners in the digital entertainment space.

Responsibilities
• Own digital marketing campaigns from end to end including strategy development, targeting, messaging, planning, execution, and reporting
• Manage audience segmentation, campaign messaging, and creative asset coordination
• Drive experimentation and testing initiatives, from hypothesis development to presenting results to leadership
• Develop, track, and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify trends
• Translate campaign performance data into written insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement optimal customer marketing experiences
• Support marketing initiatives for Canada and Mexico markets
• Assist with Global House Ads campaigns and manage ad inventory where applicable
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet defined service-level expectations

Required Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations
• Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience with audience targeting and positioning strategies
• Product marketing experience
• Experience writing business requirements documentation
• Experience supporting marketing leadership or large-scale marketing initiatives
