Commercial Lines Account Manager: Client Advocate

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage 30 to 50 middle-market insurance accounts. The role involves providing customized client support, overseeing renewal marketing, and negotiating with carriers. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a Commercial Lines agency and a strong understanding of Property and Casualty insurance. A college degree is preferred, and applicants must be willing to earn a Property & Casualty license. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and insurance designation is a plus. This is a challenging role for a proactive, organized individual with strong client management skills.
