Overview
Prior relevant experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop new business and expand existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting
Manage client relationships, issue SOWs, and close deals
Work with the Managing Vice President to maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis
Create compelling presentations for decision makers, both internally and externally
Participate in networking events to expand business relationships
Continuously learn and stay aware of the latest trends in legal technology
Performance & Career Path
Success within the first 12 months is based on meeting and exceeding activity goals. After training, the position is remote with periodic travel. Eligibility for base salary increase and promotion to National Account Manager, Regional Vice President ($110,500 – $155,000) and beyond based on monthly sales revenue. In the second year, aim to meet or exceed a minimum of $20,000 average revenue per month.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary range: $65,000 – $65,000. Commission up to 16% uncapped. Benefits include seven paid holidays and 23 days PTO per year, accrued at 3.54 hours each week. This position starts with a paid 4‑week on‑site training program at the Atlanta corporate office, followed by remote work with occasional in‑person client appointments.

Qualifications
Legal U.S. authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
Computer and internet savvy.
