About the Role

We are seeking a confident and camera-ready Model & Content Creator to collaborate with our team. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for individuals with experience or strong interest in modeling, beauty, and social media content creation. You will create engaging visual content and participate in product shoots to represent UNICE hair products across digital platforms. Some content may be created independently at your own location.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in photo and video shoots to showcase wigs and hair products.

Create short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) for brand use.

Collaborate on creative concepts, styling direction, and campaign goals.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.

Stay current with social media trends and incorporate them into deliverables.

Deliver agreed-upon content within established project timelines.

Qualifications

Confident and comfortable on camera with strong visual presence.

Experience or interest in modeling and content creation.

Understanding of posing, styling, and social media aesthetics.

Familiarity with African beauty culture, hair textures, and community trends is a plus.

Must be 18+.

Preferred: Prior experience as a model, influencer, or content creator.

Compensation

Project-based or hourly rates (typically $22.00 – $30.00 per hour equivalent, depending on experience)

Additional performance-based incentives may be offered

Work Arrangement

Independent Contractor (1099) — this is a contract-based role, not a W-2 employee position

Flexible, project-based scheduling

Combination of on-site shoots (Orange, CA) and optional remote content creation

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and are not eligible for employee benefits
