Job Overview

Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring timely execution of communication initiatives.

Qualifications – Required

5+ years of experience in a strategic communications role.

5+ years of experience creating briefings, drafting talking points, writing speeches and messages, compiling and editing reports, and preparing leaders for events and engagements.

Experience working directly with senior leaders.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.

Ability to work independently, proactively engage and solve problems, and demonstrate a dynamic work ethic.

Secret clearance.

Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications – Preferred

Experience working directly with senior leaders in the Department of Defense or other government agencies.

Experience with AI tools and leveraging their benefits for strategic communications purposes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Master’s degree.

Clearance
Secret clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package.

Work Model
Remote, hybrid, or onsite work may be required based on the role’s needs. Employees may be expected to work on location at a Booz Allen or customer facility when necessary.
