Base Pay Range
$29.00/hr - $31.00/hr
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support both our VP of Unscripted and VP of Film. If you are excited by the fast pace of entertainment, thrive in a creative yet scrappy environment, and want to be in the room where things happen – this could be a great opportunity for you to get involved! In this role, you won’t just be managing calendars and scheduling meetings (although you’ll do that really well) – you’ll also be plugged directly into the ecosystem of two very different but equally dynamic parts of our studio team. You’ll have a front‑row seat to how film and unscripted projects are built from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity for a proactive go‑getter who wants hands‑on exposure across scripted and unscripted production and is hungry to grow in the world of entertainment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to both the VP of Unscripted and VP of Film, including heavy calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reports.
Support development and production workflows for both teams.
Assist with talent, agency, and partner communications, including rolling calls, and occasionally acting as point of contact on behalf of the VPs.
Help track industry trends, project submissions, and key deadlines across both verticals.
Act as a glue – anticipate needs, solve problems creatively, and keep both VPs’ desks running smoothly.
Occasionally support studio‑wide initiatives, events, and team meetings.
Experience & Skills
Proficient at multitasking and managing competing priorities with grace and good judgment.
Able to handle projects, tasks, and each VP’s desk with utmost professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality where required.
Sharp, scrappy, and solutions‑oriented – you don’t wait to be told what to do next.
Passionate about film, TV, and entertainment, and plugged into industry trends with genuine curiosity for the development process and the industry at large.
Communicates extremely clearly and can interface comfortably with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working at an agency or studio, ideally supporting multiple executives within entertainment.
Other Requirements
Must be 18 years or older and willing to submit to a reference check. Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States is required.
Work Hard, Laugh Harder
We’re a high‑energy culture where everyone is a headliner, expected to give their best performance. If you hate fun, never like to laugh, and hardly ever smile, we have the job for you – somewhere else. But if you believe in a culture of creativity, entrepreneurialism, inclusion, hustle, and heart – while prioritizing fun and funny – you belong here.
