Storm3 is working with an early‑stage mental healthtech company that is reimagining how care operates behind the scenes. Their platform automates the admin and operational burden for therapists, allowing providers to focus on what matters most. Patient care.

The company is hiring its first Founding Growth Lead to take them from momentum to national visibility. This is a true zero‑to‑one opportunity. You will experiment across channels, build the growth playbook from scratch, and work directly alongside the founders to shape positioning, acquisition strategy, and long‑term GTM infrastructure.

This role blends creative marketing, strategic sales thinking, and systems design. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and wants to build something meaningful from the earliest stages.

Qualifications / Requirements

2+ years in Growth, Sales, or a related function. Startup experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience running and shipping growth experiments with measurable traction

Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as GA, Mixpanel, HubSpot or similar

Experience working within CRMs or growth tooling such as Clay, Attio, HubSpot, etc.

Responsibilities

Own top‑of‑funnel growth and drive therapist sign‑ups across digital, partnerships, and content channels

Design and execute acquisition experiments across paid ads, SEO, email, webinars, referrals, and field marketing

Build, analyze, and optimize funnels from awareness to activation and retention

Partner closely with founders on messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy

Develop and track key growth metrics and establish reporting cadence
