Overview As a Business Development Manager for Banking Solutions, you will be responsible for driving growth across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, financial institutions, and fintech organizations. You will help financial institutions accelerate modernization, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency through Intellect’s banking platforms and digital transformation solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the frontline of selling enterprise banking solutions that enable financial institutions to transform core operations, enhance customer engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Salary Range: $150K-$180K/Annum
Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads within Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, financial institutions, and fintechs looking to modernize their banking technology landscape.
Engage senior stakeholders across business, digital, product, and transformation teams to position Intellect’s banking solutions.
Support end-to-end sales cycles by coordinating demos, solution workshops, and proof-of-value sessions with solution consultants and pre-sales teams.
Contribute to the creation of tailored proposals and business cases demonstrating measurable business impact.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools; assist in tracking pipeline, outreach, and campaign effectiveness.
Partner with Marketing to run targeted campaigns and nurture interest across the banking ecosystem.
Collaborate with senior sales and solution teams to mine existing accounts and develop partner-led opportunities.
Requirements 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or banking technology solution sales.
Strong exposure to selling into banks, financial institutions, or fintech organizations.
Experience selling digital transformation, core banking, lending, payments, or regulatory solutions is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to connect technology to business value.
Self-starter with strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
