On behalf of our client—an esteemed and internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker—we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive.

Renowned for their strong global presence, innovative approach, and commitment to excellence, our client offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where professionals can thrive and grow.

Your role will include

Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape

Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region

Travels to various LATAM markets to lead events

Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices

Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person

Develops and executes business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives

Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies

Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners

Requirements

Proven experience in business development and sales

Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries

Experience working in or with LATAM markets (a strong advantage)

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese

A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
