About The Role Position Overview This role is responsible for building and engaging the North America professional community through social media and content. It brings the KEVIN.MURPHY brand to life for stylists, salons, and distributors creating relevant, credible, and inspiring content that drives education, advocacy, and growth in the professional channel. Sitting within Marketing & Creative, this role ensures social and content are strategically aligned to brand priorities, product launches, education, and local North America commercial goals. This is a hands‑on, highly autonomous role for someone who understands how to create social‑first, motion‑led content that feels relevant, elevated, and culturally in tune with the professional hair industry. You will play a key role in building a stronger North American presence by developing a consistent, high‑quality content stream that reflects both our education platform and product brand.
This is not a traditional social media role. You will be responsible for what we capture, how we capture it, and how it comes to life across channels.
