Job Description
Caterpillar's Building Construction Product (BCP) division is hiring a Marketing Communications Consultant.
Role Summary
The BCP division's Marketing Communications Consultant is an expert in developing the strategy and implementation of channel optimization & activation, digital marketing, campaign management, creative development, and public relations.
What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
Analyze business objectives and opportunities to develop and align marketing strategies.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Establish metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements as needed.
Maintain effective internal communication across the marketing team to align strategy with evolving organizational needs.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
Top Candidates Will Also Have Include
5-8 years of experience leading end-to-end marketing campaign management
Proven ability to analyze market and performance data and translate insights into compelling messaging and integrated campaign strategies
Experience working in or alongside creative and/or PR agencies; background as a campaign manager or portfolio manager strongly preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders
Data-driven marketer with demonstrated success optimizing campaign performance through analytics and insights
Additional Information
Relocation and Sponsorship are NOT available for this position.
20% domestic travel to be expected
Summary Pay Range
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
