Internal Communications Associate

Our client is a specialized investment firm. They seek an Internal Communications Associate to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

Develop internal communications strategies and programs designed to support the firm’s goals

Partner closely with colleagues across the firm, including leadership, to draft key business updates and strategic initiatives

Edit and refine communications—from firmwide announcements and blog posts to live events and videos—clearly conveying complex information to diverse audiences with precision and rigor

Drive process management and creative brainstorming, from idea generation through execution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and a demonstrated record of academic and professional achievement

2-5 years of communications, professional writing, and/or editorial experience

Previous experience in finance or tech is a plus

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects with a keen attention to detail

Intellectual curiosity, collaborative instincts, and a proactive approach to sourcing and executing new ideas
