About You / What You'll Need + Position Specifics:
Foster a range of high-quality ideas, providing fresh perspectives.
Lead end-to-end creative projects, aligning them with strategic goals.
Collaborate with the team, guide projects and present confidently to clients.
Solve design challenges.
Foster a supportive team environment.
Maintain a high level of creative output.
Represent the agency to external parties.
Stay updated on industry trends and processes.
Anticipate and plan for the practical execution of creative ideas.
Take ownership of creative projects with guidance from the Creative Director.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ Years Experience
Proficient in Conceptual Design elements
Brilliant technical skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Strong knowledge of Digital, either Sketch or Figma.
Strong strategic and creative vision to support the businesses goals.
Track record of success working across a range of multidisciplinary branding projects.
Collaborator with strong presentation skills.
