The Account Executive will drive new business growth by independently sourcing, managing, and closing high-value strategic opportunities in the Employer of Record (EOR) space, with a consistent focus on winning deals and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities Drive new business growth by independently sourcing, managing, and closing high-value strategic opportunities in the EOR space.
Maintain a strong personal pipeline through outbound activities, including cold outreach, networking, social selling, and strategic prospecting.
Engage with stakeholders across HR, legal, finance, Procurement, and C-suite to influence and close complex B2B deals.
Lead the sales process from qualification to close, managing long sales cycles and negotiations.
Identify high-potential accounts and align sales strategy with the company’s growth goals.
Articulate the value proposition of EOR solutions in business and technical terms and tailor messaging to client needs.
Maintain pipeline hygiene, monitor metrics, and report on progress toward revenue targets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to support customer success and market expansion.
Operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with minimal oversight and a strong sense of accountability.
Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or workforce solutions sales, with 2–3+ years in EOR global employment or HR compliance experience, and a proven track record of selling into global or multi-region markets.
Hunter mentality: self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of outbound prospecting without reliance on inbound marketing.
Proven closer with a track record of closing complex, high-value B2B deals and strong control of the sales process from qualification to close.
Strategic thinking for identifying and prioritizing high-potential accounts and aligning sales strategy with growth goals.
Consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover pain points and articulate value in business and technical terms.
Data-driven and accountable, with the ability to monitor pipeline metrics and drive results toward targets.
Experience selling to C-suite, HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders across global and regional companies.
Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and sales enablement tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
Well-developed networking or prospecting familiarity in key regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC).
