If you are a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and detail-oriented executor who excels at moving between big-picture strategy and polished, precise deliverables — this role is for you!Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & OperationsPlans, develops, and implements marketing initiatives and activities that align to business goals, ensuring seamless execution across messaging, campaigns, programs, and channelsStrategizes, organizes, and coordinates the design and delivery of marketing programs to ensure accomplishment of strategic business goalsManages marketing tools, platforms, and workflows to drive programand execution efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityLeads complex, cross-functional projects with a high degree of visibility and a range of deliverables across multiple mediums (e.g. communications, advertising, experiential, public relationsExercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results; makes recommendations on business cases and assists in writing POVsAnalyzes marketing performance data to establish and evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks, using insights and analytics to inform strategy and drive business decisionsCommunications & PR AlignmentPartners closely with the PR team to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all external and internal communicationsDevelops and prepares talking points, media briefs, and key messaging documents for senior leaders ahead of interviews, speaking engagements, press opportunities, and industry eventsServes as a liaison between marketing and PR to coordinate on announcements, product launches, crisis communications, and thought leadership initiativesSupports the preparation of senior executives for media interviews, panel discussions, and public appearancesSupport the preparation and execution for all external facing organizational announcements and leadership updates – works collaboratively with Enterprise communications and alignment teamsDemonstrates openness, logic, and sound reasoning to address stakeholder concerns and gain alignment from cross-functional partners and Marketing leadershipContent & MessagingCrafts compelling narratives and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences across multiple channels and mediumsEnsures brand voice and messaging consistency across campaigns, press materials, social media, and executive communicationsConstructs presentations that are well-organized, audience-appropriate, and rooted in business need; gains buy-in from stakeholders at all levelsEffortlessly tailors messages to audience, including Marketing, Client Engagement, Distribution, and executive leadership, as well as cross-functional partnersCross-Functional CollaborationWorks with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement communication programs and initiativesEffectively builds consensus and alignment to gain commitment from partners for complex, interdependent projectsActs as an internal consultant to other marketing and communications departments regarding best practicesIndependently leads meetings with a variety of stakeholders, from marketing colleagues to senior and executive leadershipSupports change management and internal communications efforts as neededReturn to Office requirements: Two days a week if you reside within 50 miles of an office. This policy is subject to change.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field required; MBA preferred7–8+ years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing-driven organizationMarketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or Journalism experience required.Demonstrated experience in generalist marketing, including campaign management, brand marketing, and content strategyStrong background in corporate communications, including media relations support, executive messaging, and PR collaborationProven ability to develop executive-level talking points, briefs, and messaging documentsAdvanced experience using data, insights, and analytics to tell a story and drive business decisionsAbility to translate key business and marketplace insights into actionable strategies and messagesExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and narrative structureHighly effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong analytical, collaboration, organizational, and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint; familiarity with creative project management software (e.g., Workfront)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, plan and execute projects independently, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver on shared goalsProactively seeks to apply new tactics and skills to enhance current role, educate colleagues, and improve broader team performancePreferredExperience in B2B or enterprise marketing environmentsPrior experience supporting C-suite or VP-level executives with communications needsPrior advertising agency experienceExperience with Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platformAbout UsPay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
