Purpose and Summary Statement
Responsible for development and management of several FS & GROWMARK wholesale and corporate services (myFS Agronomy, FS Agri‑Finance, Grain/RGUs, Supply Chain, and HR/Recruiting) brand multi‑channel enterprise marketing initiatives aligning product line goals with customer insights to drive the business forward. Assures that the GROWMARK System’s marketing thrust is creative, focused, branded, effective, and coordinated across all divisions.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborates with business division(s) and enterprise marketing leadership to understand the competitive landscape, define current customer and target segments, and build an enterprise marketing campaign strategy with defined goals which raises overall awareness and results in measurable business growth.
Builds enterprise marketing campaign strategies utilizing input from other members of the Enterprise Marketing team.
Collaborates with Member Marketing Consultants to align Enterprise Marketing campaigns and initiatives to those which would be most effective and well‑utilized by member/retail cooperatives.
Responsible for copywriting, call to action (CTAs), and customer impacts throughout sales funnel.
Lead projects (large and small) to implement on time and on budget. Manages cross‑functional team, creates and maintains documents like tactical plans, timelines, journey maps, and issues documents.
Primary liaison with business area(s) to understand product lines, differentiators, and goals to build holistic marketing strategy that includes the cross‑sell mindset. Responsible to present marketing progress back to leadership and business areas at a minimum quarterly.
Collaborates with the Research & Analytics Consultant to analyze and monitor campaign data, making real‑time adjustments to maximize ROI.
In collaboration with leadership and the Research & Analytics Consultant, proactively researches both industry and competitors marketing approach both at enterprise and regional level for awareness and overall effectiveness.

Responsible to stay actively engaged and build overall personal awareness on current and emerging trends, best practices and other relevant information related to digital marketing.
Leverages an in‑depth knowledge of current go‑to‑market execution focused on increasing our digital presence utilizing innovative marketing tools/solutions with the ability for reporting progress and overall effectiveness.
Analyzes industry and internal research for strategic recommendations using data analytics software, content management systems, customer relationship management tools and forecasting tools. Identify and leverage external expertise as appropriate.
Ability to ask the right questions to get to root causes, analyze problems, and provide holistic recommendations based on knowledge.
Confidently and concisely build recommendations and present to all levels of leadership. Ability to defend recommendations and answer tough questions.
Responsible for encouraging, supporting, and promoting innovative practices, ideas, and technologies within the team.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or the equivalent thereof, and 5 years or more of marketing related work experience to demonstrate strategic marketing knowledge, critical thinking, project management, and presentation skills.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary.
May require lifting and moving 21-50 lbs.
May be required to work beyond normal business hours.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
