Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for West Real Estate Group.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with the online community to build strong relationships.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the the team to align social media efforts with overall business goals and promotional activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure West Real Estate Group remains competitive in the digital space.
Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media platforms for real estate or related industries
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Ability to create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copywriting
Familiarity with real estate market terminology and trends is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute campaigns effectively
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is advantageous
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision
Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns is a plus
Must be comfortable working remotely with frequent office visits
