Role:
Campaign Manager
A highly executional role that is very detail‑oriented, ideal for someone who likes to complete work to a high standard
Execute campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring correct set‑up and delivery across the lifecycle
Identify and address concerns that need optimisation
Lead your campaigns, using entrepreneurial problem‑solving to optimise performance when needed
Produce and deliver QBRs and end‑of‑campaign reviews with data and outcomes
Manage large media spends of £100k+
Work with Enterprise clients, including Oracle, Amazon, and other highly recognised companies
Collaborate with agency partners such as Dentsu and AWS
Coordinate with your manager – Customer Success Manager – while owning your work independently
Background needed:
At least 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably on a lead‑generation tech platform
Experience interpreting signals in campaign performance and understanding optimisation strategy
Comfortable delivering end‑of‑campaign reviews and QBRs to clients
Experience handling campaigns with £100,000+ media spend
Understanding of the ecosystem involving middle‑men, brokers, and clients
Ability to own the role, adapt creatively, and demonstrate a can‑do, starter‑finisher attitude when problem‑solving or spotting solutions
