Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead consumer marketing strategy across owned channels (social media, content) and earned channels (PR, influencer, editorial)
Drive brand awareness and consumer relevance while ensuring demand flows through physician partners
Oversee social media strategy, influencer partnerships, PR agency relationships, and community management
Analyze consumer insights, social listening data, and campaign performance to inform strategy
Lead go-to-market transformation—revamping how ZO shows up in clinic and differentiates vs. competition
Own Circle Club strategy and optimization, simplifying tier structure and building account segmentation model
Redesign field enablement toolkit, sales collateral, and B2B digital assets (ProPortal)
Develop in-clinic merchandising, patient conversion tools, and account-level marketing support programs
Build launch budget framework with visibility into spend by launch; partner with Finance on cost controls and ROI measurement
Partner with Product Marketing on launch execution and messaging alignment
Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, and Education to ensure field alignment and training tie-ins
Work with eCommerce to ensure DTC experience reinforces—not undermines—physician channel
Partner with International Marketing on global GTM adaptation
Lead and develop Consumer Marketing and Commercial Marketing teams
Manage consumer and commercial marketing budgets, agency relationships, and performance metrics
Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
12+ years of marketing experience with significant leadership in consumer marketing, brand marketing, or commercial/trade marketing
Experience in skincare, beauty, aesthetics, or professional/physician-dispensed brands strongly preferred
Demonstrated success building brand awareness through social, influencer, and earned media
Strong experience in B2B/trade marketing, field enablement, or commercial go-to-market strategy
Track record of managing loyalty programs, account segmentation, or channel marketing
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing agencies and delivering measurable marketing results
Work Environment: The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.
Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work.
Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance. They must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Programs and Project Management systems to retrieve information, generate documents, organize project plans/schedules and coordinate meetings. The employee must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company information, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, including international affiliates.
Supervisory Responsibilities: 4-6 Direct Reports
