Founding AI Solutions Account Executive

Retention Express is looking for a Founding AI Solutions Account Executive based in Phoenix, AZ or another major U.S. metro area. You will manage a comprehensive sales cycle, selling AI Voice, AI Chat, and Live Agent solutions while ensuring customer success. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in SaaS or BPO with experience in driving sales and understanding subscription-based business models. Competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $60k–$75k plus commission, with OTE potential of $120k–$140k.
