Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on marketing work and wants exposure to different areas of marketing, including social media, content creation, events, marketing operations, and sales support. You will work closely with both Marketing and sales teams and play an important role in supporting the growth of the business.
Although this is a hybrid role (3 days in the office), there may be occasional travel for in‑person company meetings and events (approximately once every 12‑18 months).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and meeting tracking with key action items for ongoing projects
Coordinate vendor orders, follow‑ups, and inventory tracking
Create, edit, and post social media content, including short‑form videos and reels
Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms while staying up to date with social media trends and suggesting content ideas
Create social media posts using Canva
Support sales team requests for marketing materials, collateral, and order tracking
Assist with conference and event logistics including preparation, packing and shipping materials, swag management and PR packages
Assist with campaign distribution and other marketing initiatives as needed
Education/Experience:
0‑1+ year of relevant experience (marketing, administrative, or transferable roles preferred)
Proficient in Canva (required)
Experience with design and creating visual content preferred
Adobe Illustrator is a plus, but not required
Interest in social media and content creation
Basic video editing skills are a plus
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Candidates with office, administrative, or secretarial experience are encouraged to apply
