As a technologist you’ll have end‑to‑end ownership of the product user experience design and technology required to deliver state‑of‑the‑art experiences for our customers.
As the Sr Product Manager – Tech Marketing Asset Supply Chain you will be the driving force behind a transformative initiative that touches every aspect of our entertainment marketing operations. You’ll own the end‑to‑end technical vision and execution of a comprehensive marketing technology suite that includes digital asset management, workflow automation and analytics capabilities. This platform will serve as the backbone of our global marketing operations enabling teams to work more efficiently, make data‑driven decisions and scale our marketing efforts effectively across regions.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive the technical vision, strategy and roadmap for a transformative marketing technology platform.
- Partner with marketing leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the development of an integrated suite including campaign planning, digital asset management, creative workflow tools, trafficking solutions and analytics platforms.
- Define and standardize workflows across global marketing organizations.
- Make strategic decisions about build vs. buy technology solutions.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment across multiple stakeholder groups including Studios, Programming and Regional Marketing teams.
- Develop metrics and success criteria for measuring impact and ROI.
- Lead and mentor product managers across the platform’s suite of products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- This is a sensitive change‑management initiative – need someone with maturity, change management and organization experience as a previous strategy consultant.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills that can build trust with stakeholders, inspire teams, and drive alignment across multiple organizations.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Tech (Computer Science) or Business (MBA) preferred, but not required.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $75.00/hr.
