Your Role: As a Senior Account Executive at Campbell Ewald, you will flex your skills in business leadership as a true partner to our Client, bring a fresh perspective to the agency and help the team develop and execute culture-defining creative work that impacts business. You will support a brand that is likely a leader in their category and be responsible for understanding and applying your knowledge of business drivers, category landscape, and audience insights to support creative solutions that exceed the Client’s marketing and advertising needs. You will manage and produce work that’s focused in the content, social and influencer space. You should be inquisitive about the links between brand behavior, popular culture, business results, and emerging communications and technology trends.
What You Do: Demonstrate strong creative judgement and provide strategic recommendations, being a key driver of bringing great work to life.
Deliver exceptional Client management as a day-to-day contact for junior to mid-level to some senior-level Clients, developing strong relationships with a focus identifying new opportunities and supporting the work.
Serve as an expert of the business, knowing the ins and outs of the products, claims, and competitive landscape, to support the team and help the day-to-day business run smoothly.
Steward projects: monitor progress, direct and implement changes and address challenges as they arise.
Track, consolidate and translate feedback into clear direction that’s aligned with strategy and lead discussions with the internal team.
Ensure we deliver the best integrated solutions to our Clients.
Support the team to execute integrated campaigns, applying your knowledge of production and process.
Develop project budgets and ensure projects are running on schedule and in budget.
Work with Finance, Legal and Business Affairs on financial tracking, network clearance and trafficking, and talent management.
Collaborate with external agency partners/vendors.
Track production process and traffic assets.
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
Partner with strategy to write short decks and be able to flex your own strategic muscles to guide the brand.

You can write presentations with a strong narrative, review your team’s work and provide direction and coaching.
You think before you react. You internalize Client feedback and can translate it into direction that’s consistent with the strategy.
You listen to understand.

Proactive, multi‑tasker able to do what it takes to get the job done.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or equivalent.
At least 2‑4 years of agency experience.
