Duties

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate P&C insurance products

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients in selecting suitable policies

Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently

Client Support: Build and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing policy support.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and communications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members.

Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Assist clients with day to day requests, such as making a payment, making a change on their policies, completing requests, etc.

Previous experience with Applied EPIC management system is a plus but not required.

Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive client interactions.

Experience with multiple carriers and comparative rating systems
