We are seeking a proactive and organized marketing professional who can help elevate our digital presence, strengthen communication consistency, and improve engagement across multiple marketing channels and community platforms.
This role combines digital marketing, content strategy, community engagement, and communication management into one highly visible position. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategy and execution; someone capable of building structure, maintaining consistency, and operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a heavily micromanaged role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates professionally, and consistently executes at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute digital content, social media initiatives, and communication campaigns
Help improve SEO/SEM efforts and strengthen the organization's online visibility and brand presence
Support and organize engagement across the company's online platforms and digital communities
Develop clear, professional communication that supports organizational initiatives and user engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create relevant and engaging marketing content
Assist with video and multimedia initiatives for digital and social platforms
Build and improve repeatable marketing workflows, communication processes, and content organization systems
Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance to help improve consistency and effectiveness
Partner with leadership on branding, engagement strategy, and marketing initiatives
Participate in collaborative planning sessions and cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital engagement, or related fields
Experience with content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media management, and digital marketing initiatives
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable operating independently while maintaining accountability and consistency
Professional demeanor with the ability to work closely with leadership and receive direct feedback
Experience with digital communities, engagement platforms, or membership-based environments is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools for content development, workflow optimization, and marketing support is highly preferred
Experience within KPI-driven or fast-paced environments is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting digital communities or online engagement initiatives
Video content creation or editing experience
Agile workflow or collaborative project management experience
Experience improving marketing processes, systems, or engagement workflows
