Responsibilities

Drive new business within aviation markets by cultivating relationships, engaging in industry events, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Prospect strategically within operators, OEMs, financial institutions, MROs, and aviation service providers.

Lead high‑impact product demonstrations tailored to executive‑level audiences.

Navigate complex buying committees and multi‑stakeholder deals.

Negotiate and close new logo business.

Qualifications

Proven B2B hunter mentality with consistent quota achievement.

Comfortable selling to C‑level and senior operational leaders.

Strategic thinker who understands long sales cycles and relationship development.

Salesforce proficiency and strong pipeline discipline.

Aviation industry experience (brokerage, OEM, SaaS, finance, MRO, charter, or services) an asset.

Location
Open to applicants living in the USA with current legal authorization to work in the USA.

Compensation

Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 USD

On‑Target Earnings: $75,000–$100,000 USD
