About The Role
HP IQ is looking for a highly organized Senior Design Producer to support and scale product design work across key verticals. This role is a liaison between product design, engineering, and partnerships teams, promoting cross‑functional communication and collaboration. This position also manages product pilots and qualitative research schedules.

Our ideal candidate is able to effortlessly manage multiple product work streams, competing priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast‑paced environment while keeping all design deliverables on track.

What You Might Do

Partner with a product lead to define scope, develop roadmaps, and prioritize product design deliverables

Collaborate with Engineering Project Managers to develop design project schedules, coordinating and tracking designer activity to ensure timely delivery

Support a hybrid creative project management methodology in tandem with an Agile software development approach, moving with ease between organisational systems

Manage product qualitative research schedules, product pilots, schedules and implementation

Motivate the team enthusiastically, promoting a deep sense of individual belonging and a culture of inclusivity

Essential Qualifications

5+ years of in‑house experience managing projects of multidisciplinary creative teams

4+ years experience in consumer electronics, software design, digital media project management

Experience working with teams engaging in qualitative research

Background in visual art, art education, hardware or product design

PMP Certification or coursework in project management

Experience in new product development from ideation to launch

Preferred Skills

Quick and eager to learn new platforms and tools for task and asset management

Proactive, self‑motivated, reflective

Asana proficiency

Familiarity with JIRA

Clear, direct, effective communicator

Empathetic and intuitive collaborator

Excellent verbal communication marked with empathy and the emotional intelligence to connect with, relate to, and respect diverse collaborators

Excellent written communication, marked with a balance of warmth and precision, reflecting the appropriate tone for each situation

The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job‑related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills.
