Harvest Talent Solutions has partnered with growing company who is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator who can become a key part of a growing organization and help drive marketing, sales support, and industry engagement efforts. This is more than an administrative support role. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career, take initiative, and grow into future leadership opportunities within the organization.

What You'll Do
Develop and coordinate marketing materials and content that support sales initiatives
Assist with website updates, eCommunications, digital campaigns, and webinars
Manage social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Coordinate video content, campaign scheduling, and video library management
Track and manage publication, advertising, and tradeshow deadlines
Coordinate national and regional trade shows, including:
Registrations
Shipping and logistics for booth materials and displays
Swag and promotional items
Lodging and travel coordination
Show setup and post-show follow-up
Build and maintain strong relationships with associations, trade show groups, and industry partners
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales activity reports
Support sales initiatives and help identify ways to improve processes and organizational efficiency
Take ownership of projects and proactively identify opportunities that benefit the organization

Must be dependable and committed to being onsite daily
Preferred Background

We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including: Marketing Coordinator
Agency Account Executive
Advertising or Marketing Agency Experience
Sales Support or Communications Roles
Experience with the following is highly preferred: Copywriting and marketing communications
Social media and digital marketing
Event or tradeshow coordination
Web, graphic design, or video content tools
Project coordination and deadline management
Technical software platforms
Agricultural or ag retail industry exposure is a plus
