The Digital Marketing Manager leads efforts to grow awareness, influence, and loyalty among customers and prospects for the Pitsco Education brand. The Digital Marketing Manager develops, implements, executes, and oversees content, campaigns, and activities across digital channels. These tasks are accomplished by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Creating and supporting the development of digital marketing assets including company online presence, email, video, blog, customer stories, and social media marketing
Working in conjunction with the Marketing team to oversee the development, management, and completion of the Pitsco Education digital content strategy
Overseeing digital advertising strategy and execution including vendor relationship development and management
Managing CRM activities, landing pages, lead generation workflows and nurture journeys to drive customer engagement and sales growth
With eCommerce strategy lead, maintaining and evolving the customer experience to drive online engagement, brand awareness, and revenue on company websites and through channel partners (e.g., Amazon)
Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports giving detailed information regarding the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
Leading the digital marketing team (to include both Pitsco contract staff) and overseeing multiple projects including the day‑to‑day execution of the annual marketing plan
Providing coaching and direction for direct reports and cross‑functional teams to help deliver on digital marketing strategic objectives
Collaborating with eCommerce, Web Development, and vendor partners to test and implement innovations in our e‑commerce infrastructure
Collecting and analyzing industry and competitor intelligence and marketing trends relative to the company’s digital strategy and delivery
Continuing education on the most relevant and effective marketing methods relative to digital marketing, including customer experience and interaction
Leveraging marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows – this includes analyzing the success of leads handed over to Sales
Overseeing the on‑time planning and completion of Pitsco video projects
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university in a related field
Five to seven years of work‑related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
In‑depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, SproutSocial), trends, technologies, and website analytics
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, UX, and website best practices
Curious about AI and technology to impact process and productivity
Personable, presentable, and articulate worker
Sound understanding of marketing principles and ability to execute company strategic vision
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and self‑motivated worker
Results‑oriented team player
Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
Proficient with Microsoft Office
