THE ROLE
Account Executive, Premium Sales for Legends selling the New Huntington Bank Field.
Responsibilities include driving ticket sales and revenue generation through proactive sales efforts, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively sell and promote seating products in the New Huntington Bank Field to prospective clients through phone, email, in‑person meetings, and networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations to execute sales initiatives and maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activities and interactions via internal CRM.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Be willing to work non‑traditional hours, including weekends, game days, and extended hours as required.
Possess an optimistic, team‑first attitude and strong personal and professional communication skills.
Engage with potential clients at team and community events to promote products.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this role successfully, an individual must bring proven sales success, strong client‑relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proven success selling seating products or similar offerings via phone, email, in‑person meetings, and networking events.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
History of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Experience collaborating with marketing, analytics, and operations on sales initiatives.
Familiarity with maintaining accurate sales records using CRM systems.
Participation in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Attendance at community events to promote products and engage clients.
Hands‑on experience with Ticketmaster; experience with Archtics is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Dynamics, and presentation/AV equipment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with ability to travel to off‑site client meetings.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree.
1+ year(s) of sales experience; experience selling in the sports and entertainment industry is preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Highly motivated self‑starter with strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Team‑oriented and collaborative in a sales environment.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage prospects and internal teams.
