A fast-growing premium beauty and wellness brand is seeking a highly experienced Senior Copywriter to shape and strengthen its voice across consumer-facing channels.

This is a fulltime position that is onsite 5 days a week in Los Angeles.

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in beauty who understands how to create compelling copy that is both elevated and effective. The right person will be able to translate brand positioning, product benefits, and complex concepts into clear, engaging language that resonates with a sophisticated consumer audience.

What You’ll Do

Lead the development and evolution of brand voice across marketing and editorial channels

Write and edit copy for email, website, e-commerce, product pages, landing pages, paid media, social, press materials, and other brand communications

Create campaign messaging, headlines, taglines, and long‑form content that support both brand awareness and conversion goals

Partner with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to develop cohesive campaign narratives and launches

Refine messaging to align with a premium brand standard and ensure consistency across touchpoints

Turn technical, scientific, or ingredient-led information into compelling consumer‑facing copy

Help establish and maintain voice and messaging guidelines for use across teams and partners

Stay current on relevant beauty trends to keep messaging fresh and competitive

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of professional copywriting experience in beauty

Strong portfolio showing range across editorial, brand, campaign, digital, and social copy

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to tone and detail

Experience writing for performance marketing, email, web, product storytelling, and brand campaigns

Ability to balance creative quality with business goals and deadlines

Comfort collaborating cross‑functionally with designers, marketers, and senior stakeholders

Strong understanding of premium consumer storytelling and brand positioning

Interest in innovation, sustainability, and mission‑driven brand building is a plus
