Job Description
Digital Designer

• Design and develop web and digital interface layouts for the company’s e-commerce platforms and online catalog showcasing beauty products.

• Create and optimize digital visual assets, including product images, promotional banners, landing page graphics, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and online sales performance.

• Produce UI/UX-aligned designs that improve navigation, product discovery, and overall customer experience on the company website.

• Develop digital content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including short-form promotional graphics and visually consistent brand materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to design digital campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and trade-show marketing initiatives.

• Prepare responsive web graphics optimized for desktop and mobile devices, ensuring fast load times and visual clarity across all digital touchpoints.

• Conduct research on beauty-industry digital trends, competitor websites, and consumer behavior to inform design recommendations and interface updates.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and web-based design tools to produce high-quality digital assets, maintaining consistent brand identity across all online platforms.

REQ: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design or Digital Media plus 6 months of experience in web or digital design.

Salary: $67,038/year.
