Job Summary
We’re looking for a commercially minded marketing operator to help drive growth across our international automotive wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across strategy and execution—building campaigns, launching new initiatives, and continuously improving performance and developing professionally.
The primary objective of this role is to support the business unit by driving qualified demand and supporting revenue growth across international markets.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute GTM plans for new offerings and markets
Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns
Define and develop outbound channel with the sales team
Partner with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth
Test, learn and iterate across different channels and strategies
Own end-to-end acquisition strategy
Align owned channels including social
What we are looking for
2-5+ years in marketing or growth role
Experience in at least one core discipline (paid media, content, lifecycle or GTM)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Understanding of marketing’s impact on revenue and pipeline
Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms
Self‑starter with high curiosity and learning mindset
Bonus Skills
B2B or marketplace experience
International marketing or business development exposure
