About the Role:

The Provider Relations Specialist is responsible for enhancing the visibility and reputation of Longstreet Clinic while supporting provider engagement and coordination. This role involves managing communications, scheduling provider-related appointments, serving as a liaison between departments, processing billing documentation, and performing various administrative duties to support both public and provider relations efforts.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Licensure or other certifications:

Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree in a communications, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum Experience: 2–4 years of experience in public relations, provider relations, or healthcare administration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with EHR or CRM systems.

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
Public Relations

Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.

Coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, and provider open houses.

Maintain and update provider profiles on websites, directories, and marketing materials.

Support branding and reputation management initiatives.

Provider Relations

Schedule and coordinate provider meetings, interviews, and onboarding activities.

Serve as a liaison between providers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Assist with provider satisfaction initiatives and feedback collection.

Administrative & Operational Support

Process invoices, reimbursements, and billing documentation related to PR and provider activities.

Maintain organized records, calendars, and documentation for compliance and reporting.

Support coordination of travel, lodging, and logistics for provider recruitment and events.

Assist with data entry, reporting, and project tracking.
